With over seven years of experience across preventative health, gut health, and oncology nutrition — including experience at major NSW and Victorian hospitals — Claire brings a depth of clinical knowledge that goes beyond standard private practice. She understands complex medical conditions, how they interact with nutrition, and how to translate that into practical, personalised guidance for each client. No fads, no guilt. At Your Appointment
At your initial appointment (either in-person or virtually), your dietitian will complete an assessment and create a personalised plan together. This may include a detailed nutrition report, meal ideas and supporting resources. Follow-up sessions are recommended to maximise your support.
