At Four Seasons Dietetics, our Accredited Practising Dietitians (APD) and Accredited Nutritionists (AN) are university qualified and has experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds.  They participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with latest recommendations to ensure they are always providing you effective treatment plans. We understand that there can be lot of conflicting nutrition information out there, so we can help break it down and give you the support you need to understand your diet and/or eating habits. 

We offer both in-person and online consulations. International clients are welcome to enquire our services. Our dietitian can speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Low FODMAP Diet

IBS can have a significant impact on an individual's quality of life. Our dietitians have been trained in the IBS and Low FODMAP diet and can assist individuals who need guidance to start or troubleshoot the diet.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease - Crohns and Ulcerative Colitis

Diet plays an important role in managing IBD. Dietitians can help avoid nutrient deficiencies, malnutrition, unintentional weight loss and be part of your health care team during flare up/remission. 

Enteral Nutrition and Texture Modified Diets

Our dietitian team has experience working in a clinical setting and people with disabilities (e.g. NDIS). Therefore we are able to assist with your enteral feeding and texture modified diet needs.

Gut Health and Wellbeing
