At Four Seasons Dietetics, our Accredited Practising Dietitians (APD) are fully qualified, university-trained professionals and has experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds. Dietitians participate in ongoing professional development to ensure they stay up-to-date with latest research and therefore provide evidence-based recommendations. We understand that there can be lot of conflicting nutrition information out there, so we can help break it down and give you the support you need to understand your diet and/or eating habits.

You can always book a review consult afterwards if you need more guidance and questions to answer.

When will you need a review?

Follow-up sessions are good to monitor progress, make adjustments, revamp recipes and answer questions. We recommend reviews for clients who wish to have sustained and effective results. It is also important for more complex health conditions to ensure you are getting the support you need. 

How many sessions do I need?

The exact number of sessions will be dependent on the purpose of your visit, medical background and length of therapy. The best person to ask is your dietitian.
