Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. Cancellation of appointments or failure to attend may attract a cancellation fee as follows:

  • Payment of 50% of the fee if less than 24 hours’ notice provided or 100% of the fee for no-shows. It is not the practice’s aim to make profits from cancellation fees, rather to make sure those appointment times are kept available for others who need them, and to respect your dietitian’s time.

  • If you have pre-paid fees for follow-up appointments, these fees will not be refunded or exchanged and your appointment will be forfeited if you do not show or if you cancel an appointment with less than 24 business hours. Make-ups may be available during the week of the missed appointment if space exists.

We do appreciate that, in some circumstances, short notice may occasionally be unavoidable, and discretion will be exercised in such cases.
